Spinal Adjustments

Also called spinal manipulation; which involves moving a joint beyond its usual range of motion but not beyond the range of motion the joint is designed to move, anatomically speaking. You often will hear a popping or cracking noise during chiropractic adjustment as the joint is manipulated.

Adjustments have been shown to improves joint mobility, decreases pain, improves muscle tension, decreases joint inflammation, and can slow joint specific degenerative changes.

Simply put, as joint motion increases joint and nerve pain decreases. So when you move better you feel better!

Home Based Exercise

Home based exercise is a daily simple exercise program of range of motion, stretching, strengthening in effort to prevent any symptoms from reoccurring.

In our opinion the more involved patients are at home with their treatment, the faster they will improve, and less in office treatment will be needed.

Self care is always a good thing and leads to better long term health outcomes for each patient.

Graston Technique

Originally developed by athletes, the Graston Technique, is an innovative, patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively breakdown scar tissue and restrictions in the fascia (the tissue that covers and connects all the muscles of your body).

The six specially designed stainless steel instruments are utilized to specifically detect and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation.

The Graston Technique instruments, while enhancing the clinicians ability to detect fascial adhesions and restrictions, have been clinically proven to achieve quicker and better outcomes in treating both acute and chronic conditions.

Faster recovery with less treatment time so you can live pain free.
