Dr. Villwok was born and raised on a farm outside Hooper, NE where he learned the value of hard work from a young age. After attending Wayne State College, receiving his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Physiology, he graduated with the highest honors from the College of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, MN in 2010. After graduation, Dr. Villwok returned to Nebraska and began Pain Relief Chiropractic - a clinic with the mission to provide high value, low-cost care that allows you to get out of pain and back to your normal activities as quickly and affordably as possible.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Villwok has a passion for adult education, enjoys yard work, camping, running, and working out with his 'brothers' of F3 Omaha. The mission of F3 is to plant, grow, and serve workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.

Dr. Villwok is married to Nikki who serves as a Director of Human Resources for E&A Consulting Group and they have one son Hudson - who dreams of becoming a 'big leaguer'!
